If you’ve ever planned an expo stand, you’ll know it’s kind of like planning a wedding (but with less dancing and more HDMI cables).
The planning officially began on day two of Integrate Expo 2024. Gab managed to swim through the sea of people surrounding the donut stand and asked our GFree Donuts friends to pleeeeease come back next year. 🙏
The rest of it came together over the coming year. Deciding what we wanted to freshen up, what we loved and wanted to keep, and – of course – making space for all the features moving from our Roadmap to the big wall. 😎

We weren’t just at Integrate. We were everywhere.
As Integrate’s Premier Software Partner (for the 9th year running!), our content was displayed across all over ICC Sydney. Wherever you went – tech talks, keynotes, the cafes, the bar, the stairs, the toilet – Fusion Signage was there.
And, of course, we had our very own stand (again!). Nestled right across from the Central Bar. With its signature soft carpet, curved edges, and the smell of cinnamon floating through the air – it became a bit of a hub. 😎
A sweet, comfy, donut-fuelled oasis in a sea of LED and lanyards. How lovely. ✨
While Integrate is a trade event, we weren’t there to hard-sell.
We were there to:
💙 Catch up with our Resellers, our Distributors, and our Manufacturers.
💙 Meet new people curious about digital signage.
💙 Have a chat about our latest integrations, features, and how many donuts you'd had today.
And that’s what we did. Hundreds of conversations. Even more laughs (cute). And so many comments about how soft our carpet was (still undefeated).

💙 62 coffees, 7 chais, 1 earl grey tea (you know who you are) ☕️
💙 Endless live Fusion Signage demos on the big screen 📺

💙 And we won't even try to count the number of, "Wow, this carpet” moments ☁️
