concept eight onboard with fusion signage for digital signage content management

Concept Eight is the name behind successful QSR brands Noodle Box, Wokinabox, Pattysmiths, Supreme Leader, Alabama Wings, Double Dragon Dumplings and Supreme Noodles. With over 25 years of retail food industry experience – Concept Eight is one of Australia’s largest multi-brand franchisors.

proud early adopters of fusion signage

Fusion-Signage-Concept-Eight-Noodle-Box-Store-01Concept Eight came on board with Fusion Signage content management system as an early adopter, when we were first developing and testing our software. Using Philips D Line 43-inch commercial displays paired with Fusion Signage onboard, their typical retail display features four digital menu board panels arrayed in the ‘canopy’ area above the point of sale counter. Their appointed systems integrator rolling out the network, In2Digital, is providing a turnkey solution including: hardware, software, content creation, project management and installation services for their DMB’s and new countertop touchscreen project.

Since they came on board with Fusion Signage, with their ongoing use and feedback, Concept Eight have been a key player in the direction we have taken our development. Real user feedback is so important to us, to ensure we continue to evolve Fusion Signage to meet the growing demand and expectations of our clients. One feature in particular, which Concept Eight was a big influence in, was developing a touchscreen version.

"james and the team at fusion signage have been instrumental to our business, helping us deploy and manage over 500 restaurant's screens across australia."

Megan Scollo, Concept Eight

customising fusion signage to meet their needs

Concept Eight came to us with a problem. Some of their Pattysmiths stores feature multiple brands under one roof; Pattysmiths, Alabama Wings and Supreme Leader. This meant they needed to show multiple menus at one time, without it being a confusing experience for the customer.Knowing the flexibility that Fusion Signage offers, Concept Eight brought this problem to us and we worked together to find a solution. The solution turned out to be an exciting key development stage of Fusion Signage content management system; creating a touchscreen version.

Concept Eight are now rolling out this Fusion Signage touch solution on countertop touchscreens.

"the software is extremely user friendly and the team are always available to discuss our needs, provide support and develop cutting edge solutions."

Fusion-Signage-Concept-Eight-Pattysmiths-Store-01We’re loving being a part of making Concept Eight’s digital signage journey as easy as possible, and they are seeing fantastic results.

Reportedly, the digital menuboards are really driving the ‘limited time’ sales, and the customers are commenting that the menuboards are easy to read and provide an extra level of interest.

Paid advertising has also risen, with Schweppes being very keen on using the platform as it gives them a good return on investment when their promotions are displayed.
