Certificate scope
The audit was carried out by Sensiba – an internationally recognised certification body (well-known for its thorough and transparent approach to information security reviews). Our certification covers the entire Fusion Signage platform end-to-end – from the operational systems that support the product, to the way we build and maintain our software, to how we handle and protect information internally. It’s a large scope that reflects our commitment to keeping security front and centre across all areas of the business (not just within the platform itself).
An investment in doing things right
Behind this certification sits one of the biggest undertakings in Fusion Signage’s history. As a small Australian business, committing to ISO 27001 meant dedicating a huge amount of time, resources, and focus. Our team has been all‑in.
Entire roles were redirected, development priorities were reshaped, and countless internal processes were rebuilt from the ground up. It was a mammoth behind‑the‑scenes effort that customers rarely get to see. We don’t highlight this to make the certification sound grander but to be transparent. This was a serious investment and one we chose because your security and trust genuinely matter to us.
Achieving ISO 27001 isn’t the finish line. As we continue developing features, expanding capabilities, and supporting more organisations – security will remain a guiding principle in how we grow.
