Meet Grill'd 🍔

It's safe to say you've heard of them. They've been filling Australian tummies with wholesome, local ingredients for 20 years now. Um, where did those decades go?  

Grill'd believe that making burgers doesn’t make them the same as fast food. They're not the alternative – they're the solution. Guilt-free, healthy burgers you don’t need a hangover for. It’s been their focus, their passion, and their point of difference since the beginning.

We welcomed Grill'd into the Fusion Signage family in 2022. At the time, they were looking for a digital signage solution for their new drive-thru concept. Something that had never been done before. They wanted to be able to display a live order being placed on their digital screens – in real-time. 👀

We met with their POS provider, Redcat, and built an integration that was able to achieve exactly what they wanted. We also built a menu widget to display pricing, descriptions, headers, and nutritional info on the screen – updating when a change was made in their POS. This whole project allowed Grill’d to design a menu within Fusion Signage – linking key fields (which are constantly changing) to their POS. This means minimal content updates and the ability to run different pricing around the country – all while keeping the same design. Cue a sigh of relief!

Other than the obvious drive-thru menu boards, Grill'd makes use of their digital signage to showcase video campaigns, highlight local produce sourcing, brand and membership promotion, and all round ambience throughout the restaurant. ✌🏼
