Once submitted, our team will review your request and take the necessary steps to ensure your data is securely and permanently removed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

Your privacy is important to us. This form is intended for individuals or organisations who wish to request the deletion of personal data held by Fusion Signage.

Please note: You only need to complete this form if you require your data to be deleted sooner than our standard retention policy.

Fusion Signage automatically deletes all company data – including associated users, media, and configurations – six (6) months after the last licence expires. This grace period allows customers to return to the platform without losing their data, should they decide to re-subscribe.

If you would still like to proceed with a manual deletion request, please complete the sections below. Our team will review your submission and respond in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

3a – Request to delete company account

By submitting this request, I confirm that I have the authority to close the company’s Fusion Signage account. I understand that this will result in the permanent deletion of all associated data, including users, media content, designs, and service configuration. This action is irreversible.

Please note: Fusion Signage retains financial transaction records in accordance with Australian legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.Communication and support records may be retained for internal audit and service continuity purposes.
