Meet Taco Bell 🌮

Taco Bell is a name that needs no introduction. Known worldwide for its craveable tacos, burritos, and bold flavours – Taco Bell has built a cult following that stretches across continents. Since opening its first Australian store in 2017, Taco Bell has been winning over local fans with its fresh fast food and coveted brand experience.

But behind those famous Crunchwraps and Cheesy G tacos is something just as (maybe more?) exciting – a commitment to tech-driven efficiency. Yep, definitely more in our opinion. 😎 In a quick-service world where speed and accuracy are everything, Taco Bell Australia needed a solution to keep their menu boards as fresh and dynamic as their food. And that’s where Fusion Signage came in.

The challenge: no room for error

Taco Bell’s goal is simple – get delicious food into customers’ hands (and fast). But if you’re operating across multiple locations and numerous screens – outdated systems won't cut it. Menu updates have to happen in seconds – not hours. Limited-time offers need to pop up instantly. And branding? It has to look sharp and consistent everywhere – from the front counter to the drive-thru. 🚗

The solution: 75 Advanced Fusion Signage Licences

To tackle this challenge, Taco Bell turned to our trusted reseller, Fleetmark. They rolled out Fusion Signage software across the network of digital signage screens. Today, Taco Bell uses 75 Advanced Licences to run digital menu boards in drive-thru lanes and at front counters nationwide. 🌮

With Fusion Signage, Taco Bell can:

  • Update content in real-time (across all stores or just one).
  • Schedule day-part menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without a second thought.
  • Launch promos on the fly – ensuring limited-time offers hit screens the moment they go live.
  • Maintain consistent branding (so every store looks as it should). ✨

Why Fusion Signage fits the bill (bell)

  • Fusion Signage is a software that cares about giving brands control and flexibility (without the tech-headaches). For Taco Bell, that means:
  • Lightning-fast updates: Price changes? Sold-out item? Done in seconds.
  • Set it and forget it scheduling: Automate content changes by time of day or day of the week.
  • Peace of mind: Offline caching keeps screens running even if the internet drops.

And with Fleetmark’s hands-on support, Taco Bell can focus on making tacos – not troubleshooting screens.

The results: smooth, streamlined, and really, really, ridiculously good looking

Taco Bell’s digital menu boards aren’t just functional – they’re part of the brand experience. Bright, dynamic, and always up to date – they keep customers moving and menus looking delicious. This means faster service, fewer errors, and a polished, high-energy atmosphere that matches Taco Bell’s personality. 🙌

We’re thrilled to have Taco Bell in the Fusion Signage family. Here’s to keeping things bold, fresh, and digital across Australia!
