Pricing update FAQ – May 2026

From 1st May 2026, Fusion Signage will be implementing its first price increase in three years. We know changes like this matter, which is why we wanted to take a moment to explain what it means for your Fusion Signage account.

What is the pricing change?

We’re introducing a 15% increase to our standard pricing. You can view our updated RRP pricing here: Fusion Signage RRP pricing May 2026 

Do I get to keep my current pricing?

If you are on a volume discounted rate, your reseller will confirm your updated pricing. In most cases, your existing discount will carry across to the new pricing – but it’s best to check directly with your reseller.


If I renew now, do I get the current rate?

Yes. If you renew before the 1 May 2026 you’ll lock in your current pricing until your next renewal.

When does this come into effect?

The new pricing will apply from 1 May 2026. 

Why are prices increasing?

As a small business we aren’t immune to increasing costs of business (just as you aren’t) and even though this is our first price increase in over 3 years, it was a tough decision to make.

Over the past few years, our team has been working hard behind the scenes to continually improve Fusion Signage for you.

This includes releasing new features, improving user experience, and strengthening security measures to keep your signage reliable, easy to use, and future‑ready.

Every update we make is focused on one thing – helping your screens deliver more value to your business, with less effort required from you.

Will this affect all customers?

The updated pricing applies to all new licences, upgrades and renewals from 1 May 2026.
If you renew before this date, you’ll stay on your current pricing until your next renewal.

Do I need to do anything?

There’s no immediate action needed.
Your current pricing will remain unchanged until 1st of May and Fusion Signage will continue to work exactly as it does today.
If you have a licence that expires past the 1st of May, this change will only take effect at the time of your next renewal.
