Weβve got a spring in our step. A glimmer in our eye. An appetite for donuts. It must be Integrate...
10 years of Fusion Signage x Integrate π
A decade of digital signage, a whole lot of screens and one partnership weβre pretty proud of.
For the past 10 years, weβve worked alongside the Integrate team to bring the event to life across their digital signage screens - helping thousands of visitors find their way around, see whatβs happening and generally know where theyβre going.
Itβs a partnership that means a lot to us. Not just because Integrate is one of Australiaβs leading AV and integration events, but because weβve grown alongside each other over those 10 years.
From digital signage software
to part of the furniture
If youβve been to Integrate, chances are youβve seen our work before youβve even realised it.
Fusion Signage powers the content experience across the event, from the external entrance blades and registration areas to overhead displays, interactive kiosks, concourse LEDs and screens around the central bar.
Behind all those screens is a lot of content doing a lot of different jobs.
Thereβs wayfinding helping thousands of people get where they need to go. Seminar schedules and event information keeping everyone in the loop. QR codes connecting visitors with the event app. Sponsor and exhibitor content getting plenty of eyeballs. And, of course, all the branded goodness that makes the entire event feel like Integrate from the moment you arrive.
Rather than a bunch of disconnected screens doing their own thing, it all works together as one cohesive digital signage experience.
And thatβs exactly what good digital signage should do.
10 years is kind of a big deal
Partnerships lasting a decade donβt happen by accident.
Over the years, weβve worked closely with Soren, Deb and the wider Diversified Australia team, and the relationship has grown well beyond a typical software supplier arrangement.
As our co-founder Emily Ingram puts it:
βWeβre not just a supplier to Integrate, weβre embedded in the experience. Weβve evolved with the show, with the broader digital signage market and with their team.
The relationship with Soren, Deb and their Diversified Australia team is one we genuinely value. Weβre all the same real, honest people year on year and I think that consistency is a big part of why this has worked so well for ten years.β
That trust has also taken Fusion Signage well beyond Integrate.
Over the years, weβve partnered with Diversified Australia across events including Security, Fire Security, Fine Food Australia, Energy Exchange Australia, FoodPro and FoodTech.
Soren Norgaard, Event Director for Integrate, says that comes down to the trust built between the two teams:
βOur partnership with Fusion Signage over the last ten years has often extended beyond Integrate as we have also partnered with them on many other shows that we produce and manage under the Diversified Australia umbrella.
This again comes back to and reemphasises the trust we have in Fusion Signage, the quality of their solution and the strength of our relationship.β
Weβll happily take that. π
Good signage should make everything feel easier
Thereβs also something we love about Integrate being such a huge real-world example of what digital signage can do.
Itβs not just about putting something pretty on a screen.
At an event the size of Integrate, signage has a job to do. It needs to welcome people, point them in the right direction, communicate whatβs happening, give sponsors visibility and keep information moving throughout the day.
And it all needs to feel like one experience.
As Soren explains:
βItβs not just about putting content on screens, itβs about moving thousands of people through a venue clearly, giving our sponsors the visibility theyβve paid for and making the whole event feel cohesive. Thatβs a hard thing to do well and Fusion do it well, year after year.β
Thatβs a pretty neat summary of what weβve spent the past decade doing together.
Hereβs to decade number two π₯
A lot has changed in digital signage since this partnership began 10 years ago. Integrate has evolved. Fusion Signage has evolved. And the technology powering the screens certainly has too.
But the relationship behind it has stayed remarkably consistent.
Good people. Good work. Trust. And a shared goal of making the experience better each year.
So, weβre pretty chuffed to be heading into our second decade as Integrateβs Premier Software Partner. And weβre not done yet.
Heading to Integrate 2026?
Come say gβday to the Fusion Signage team on the Westan stand, HD38a at ICC Sydney, 2β4 September 2026.
Weβll see you there. π
