Sana Mediterranean opened their first store in 2025. And they’re already a cult brand.

They dish out loaded bowls of farm-fresh produce made from scratch and just wait until you see the hot chick bowl. It’s a mountain of mixed leaf salads, green olives and turnips topped with grilled chicken and roast jalapeno dressing. Yum.

Blackwood Bondi Owner Daniel Sorridimi and Chef Joel Bennets opened casual Mediterranean eatery, Sana. It was years in the making and the beautifully balanced meal is now beautiful on display with 23 Advanced Fusion Signage licences.

A standardised way to grow

San Mediterranean teamed with trusted integrator, Display Australia to switch printed menu boards for a digital setup in their quick service restaurant.

The clever team thought proactively. A switch to digital would standardise the roll out to future locations. That’s where Fusion Signage came in. Now it has, with eateries in Eveleigh, Wintergarden, Australia Square, Rozelle and Coogee.

“We started at Eveleigh first, standardising the product range,” says Anthony Abade, Project and Sales Lead at Display Australia. “We’re now close to six venues in, with the same standard rolled out across every current and future site.”

Updates in under five minutes

As Sana continue to grow, their digital signage solution does too.

Menus, prices and promotions update in under five minutes.

With Fusion Signage this can be completed per store, per screen location or all at once.

Beautiful digital signage in a flash, that’s what Sana rolls out at speed.
